The Masterclass: a six-month group program
For experienced professionals in international development, climate and sustainability who want to build an independent consulting practice, alongside people at the same stage.
Over six months, you'll build the three things every independent practice runs on: a clear offer, a day rate you can defend, and a pipeline of conversations that turn into contracts.
Starting May 2027 · Limited to 10 places
What's included
- 24 weekly live group sessions with a small group of peers.
- Recorded lessons are watched beforehand, so live time is spent on your own situation, not on lectures.
- Six private 1:1 sessions with me, one per month.
- Written feedback on your core materials: your positioning, service description, rate card, outreach messages and a proposal.
- Support between sessions in private and group channels, on weekdays.
Why a group
Working alongside other experienced, accomplished professionals means you learn from their outreach, proposals and pricing decisions, not only your own. You get weekly momentum and accountability, and a network of peers who may refer work or partner with you long after the program ends.

Places are limited to ten. The waitlist hears first when applications open in March, with early access before anyone else.

How much does it cost?
The 1:1 Coaching program is $5,000 for six sessions over 12 weeks, including async support by WhatsApp and email, Monday to Friday. A one-off Power Hour is $450. For the Masterclass, a six-month group program starting May 2027, see pricing and join the waitlist. All prices are in USD.
How long does the program take?
The 1:1 program: six sessions over twelve weeks. The Masterclass: six months. Power Hour: a single session, credited toward the 1:1 program if you join within two weeks.
Do you help with finding actual clients?
Yes. We identify target clients and build an outreach approach you will use throughout the rest of your career — then work on moving those conversations toward a scoped, priced piece of work.
Is a Power Hour enough on its own?
It can be, if you mainly need to name your offer and identify who to sell it to. Message me on WhatsApp with where you are and I will tell you honestly which one fits.
